The 5 Rhythms are a profound yet simple dancing meditation practice.

The dancer is taken through 5 different movement phases, this awakens and connects the body and the heart, calms the mind and releases the dancing spirit.

Dawn has been teaching in Stroud, nationally and internationally for 13 years, she warmly invites newcomers and experienced dancers.
