Liminal Stillness & Shapeshift

November 2011 a course of 5 Wednesday Morning
Dawn and Nicholas have developed a unique partnership of moving sound that embraces presence for Self and Community they are offering a collaborative 5 session course, 5 Wednesday Mornings in November,10am-12.30pm all at the Landsdown Hall (The Space) in Stroud GL5 1BN.

We recognizes that the body is the site of its own unique meaning, we invite you into the edge of conscious becoming. Transcending the mind/body split we will journey as our
body-self, listening and bringing compassionate attention, flexibility
and care home. Responding from our authentic core we will explore unwinding our unhelpful patterning and opening to the freshness of unhindered
presence.

Each session will have a theme detailed below and will include an aspect of our anatomy to ground the exploration in our human commonality and material physicality.

1. 2nd November- The body as moving, (blood)
2. 9th November- The body as response to Other, (heart)
3. 16th November- The body as stillness, (head)
4. 23rd November - The body navigating (breath space) and
5. 30th November- The body, thresholds of being and becoming (mystery: evolution and ancestry)

Price includes all 5 Sessions, warm up to recorded music, tuition, facilitation, feedback and live music.

Scale:
Waged £20 per session,
Part time or low wage £15 per session and
Unwaged/student, concession rate £10/12 per session

Additionally there will be a discount helper place for someone to arrive at 9.30am help set up, co-create altar and help at the end.
