A special invitation to Shapeshift into the dance of life.

This residential weekend workshop offers a delightful way to explore the fluidity of embodied movement and our natural ability to respond and change.

We will explore the movement of life itself through Gabrielle Roths 5 Rhythms, connecting us to an oceanic forest of archetypal and magical beings.

This promises to be an enjoyable, rich and poignant exploration through dance, of what it is to be human at this time on planet earth.

Dawn has been working with groups for 20 years and with the 5 rhythms for 16 years, she has recently trained as a ‘Be The Change’ facilitator of environmental symposiums and is currently doing an MA; The Living Body, she teaches in the uk and abroad.
