Exploring Movement & Presence
with Dawn Morgan offering movement guidance and insight
& Nick Twilley offering exquisite and catalyctic sounds

This one day dance event will begin with a warm up to recorded world music. We will then move into a structured movement session with live music, working with being in the here and now; embodied, feeling, breathing and present. Working with the simple and profound tools offered by the 5 rhythms we will explore our unique dancing pathways to presence.

There will be space for individual guidence as requested.

Dawn has been practicing the 5 Rhythms for over 16 years and is one of the most experienced of Gabrielle Roths teachers.

Nick Twilley master musician, artist and poet works with devotional
actors and movement artists in London and Dublin, including, Gabrielle Roth, Chloe Goodchild, Prana, and Goma. He performs,
teaches and explores "the presence" through sound silence and the body.

This workshop is for dancers who which to take the next step into simplicity, dissolving no longer needed layers, arriving in the freshness of this practice.
