New Year Retreat 2010-2011

This Retreat offers an alternative to the mainstream often alcohol orientated New Years Party. We will dance making space for nourishment and change, with the intention of stepping more lightly on the earth and more deeply into conscious ways of living. This is an invitation to the body, heart, mind and soul, for connection and release, laughter and tears, passion and prayer. There is space for the sacred and for arriving in the beauty of presence, peace, love and life.

We come together to celebrate, to let go and to have fun with a community of dancers.

The theme of our time together will be 'arriving' in the dance, arriving in life.
The retreat will include simple ritual theatre and a 'letting go of the old, welcoming the new' ceremonial party.

The accommodation is basic. There are a number of single rooms available at no extra charge. The dance floor is large, smooth and sprung. The Bilberry Hill Centre is at the foot of the lovely Lickey Hills where we may go for a walk on New Years Day.

In order to take up a place you need to have either danced with me before, or have experience in 5 Rhythms® or similar.

This year I am making the retreat much shorter to make it more accessible in terms of time and money.

Dates: Beginning with lunch at 1pm on 30th December 2010 completing at 5pm on the 1st January 2011

In order to take up a place you need to have either danced with me before, (check my calendar for opportunities to take a class with me before the retreat) or have experience in 5 Rhythms or similar. Please fill out the booking form.

The price is £285 fully residential.
The early bird price is £250 payable in full by November 1st
