Catching the Wave!
Improvised Ecstatic Dance
at QAC (B17 9TG) June 4th eve, 5th and 6th

An invitation to newcomers and experienced dancers. Come and share in the fun and exhilaration of dancing through the 5 Rhythms Wave.
Like surfers we learn to balance and let go into waves of energy as we dance. This deepens connections with, ourselves, each other and to life itself.

The 5 Rhythms guides us as we embrace and move with whatever arises. We are left with a sense of embodied peace and presence.
This is a space to enjoy physicality, express feelings and still the mind,
so that the spirit of the dance may emerge unfettered, wild and tender.

No pre requisites for this workshop other than the courage
and willingness to show up and move.
£120 early bird by May 1st £90

Dawn has been working with the 5 Rhythms for 20 years and has trained to teach with Gabrielle Roth. She is currently studying for an MA in Dance & Somatic Education.
